When we moved to the house where we currently live, we had no idea at some of the things that awaited us. One of these things is “declared weeds”. Declared weeds are those weeds that have been banned by law. The garden that surround our house have three of these types of weeds. One of them is this bright orange lily. I thought I had eradicated it last year but it’s back. More information on this weed is on the Brisbane City Council weed identification web site

That’s amazing!!! We actually buy that Gloriosa Lily in tiny little corms they sell imported from Holland where they grow them as a cash crop. It’s not cheap, either – take a look at these prices:
