I went for a pedicure today and the beautician massaged my hand. It felt so much better after that. The fall yesterday really made it swell up and the massage dispersed some of the swelling which made it so much less painful.
Here’s a sunny layout for a sunny day. This is my old cat Emma. She’s 13 years old and has diabetes. We give her insulin injections twice a day. She no longer stalks, too slow. She just sits and watches whatever bird or small lizzard crosses her path. You can click on the image to make it bigger.
