I’ve not made many pages this month. My hand has been troubling me a little bit and scrapping is not on my list of priorities this month.
This page is of one of our cats and one of our dogs. They seem to always sleep on the same mat cuddled into each other. I’m sure that it will all stop when the weather warms up but at the moment, they are so sweet.
I was thinking back on a part of my life when things were a bit sad and I was drifting around a little bit with nowhere in particular to go and did not live anywhere. Rather, I stayed with either my parents or my brother.
The last page is of my daughter when she was about 9. I took her to Coolangatta zoo and in this photo, she’s feeding the donkey. I have other photos of the zoo and no doubt I’ll scrap them too one day, but that zoo was so sad. Hardly a nice zoo with cages far too small for the animals and nowhere near clean enough. It shut down a couple of years later, 1987 I think, and the animals were relocated to better zoos.
Also, the alpha that I made for Zig Zag Scrap was in Ikea Goddess’ blog the other day. I’m stoked. This is the first freebie I’ve made that has landed on that blog.
I watched the video of the Adobe CS4 release this afternoon. I was working at the same time so I didn’t get to see it but I heard a lot of what was said. The photoshop section was only brief and I caught a couple of improvements but the main one that I’m excited about is of the image resizing. This technology will change the way images are displayed on the web. I blogged about this back in May when it was called image retargeting.

Great layouts! Hope you have a great day!

Congrats on being on Ikea Goddess’s list – I made it with a freebie template and was so chuffed!
